“He played two in a row. I have to get with the trainers and see how they want to go about it for the next few days,” Terry Francona said. “I want to make sure he’s ok. and not fret over his at bats so much that we do something wrong.”

An MRI revealed that Cody Anderson has a mild right elbow spain of his UCL muscle.  The Indians are deciding how to treat the injury.

Michael Brantley played in three simulated games last week.  He is out with a shoulder injury. On Friday Brantley played five innings with three at bats.

OF Yandy Diaz is limited with soreness in his right groin.
