Scott Schebler In Right, Adam Duvall in Left and Tyler Hot In Center Reds Outfield New Look

Tyler Holt hasn't had a start since May 29 but will be in centerfield and leading off for the Reds on Wednesday.

The slightly built Billy Hamilton will get a night off with a day game on Thursday.  He is healthy and the Reds want to keep him that way.

"It was more that I wanted to get Holt in there," Bryan Price said.  "Today seemed like a good day."

Scott Schebeler started the game Tuesday in left with Adam Duvall moving over to take rightfield that was vacated with the Jay Bruce trade.

All three outfielders were competing along with Jake Cave and Yorman Rodriguez for the open leftfield spot this spring.  Schebler was expected to platoon with Duvall but struggled.  Schebler was optioned to Louisville and regained his stroke, hitting .311 with 13 home runs in 75 games.

Holt and Schebeler had key hits in the season opening win against the Philadelphia Phillies.

'We're trying to gage Schebler as a rightfielder," Price said. "He played rightfield for the Dodgers.  I talked to Delino (Louisville manager DeShields). Schebler played some right but mostly center for Delino"
