Logan Ondrusek was not available last night with tightness in his right forearm. They recalled Travis Wood from Louisville.
"We were hoping he'd be ok for tomorrow, but we couldn't wait," Dusty Baker said. "They have a lot of lefthanded hitters over there (Rockies)."
Wood went to Louisville to regain his command. Reports have been good.
"He had a good outing last time," Baker said. "We sent him to get back the command he's been known for."
Wood will work out of the bullpen.
"It would have been nice to have him last night," Baker said. "He can hit so you can leave him out there if there's extra innings."
