The Reds haven't announced the starters for Saturday or Sunday yet but Andrew Abbott first start of 2025 is an option after two good rehab starts for Louisville. Carmen Mlodzinsky five games all in relief against Cincinnati. He faced 13 reds batters in three games last season.
Hunter Greene could pitch Saturday on a normal four days rest. He is 0-4 against Pirates in seven starts, including 0-2 last season. Greene struck out 51 Pirates batters in 36 innings.
