Four field goals by Clint Stitser and a touchdown run by Cedric Benson helped Cincinnati end its longest losing streak 19-17.

The Bengals controlled the clock by running Cedric Benson carried the ball 31 times for 150 yards as Cincinnati held the ball 38 minutes.
Carson Palmer threw just 23 passes. He completed 14 for 209 yards. It was the lowest pass attempt total of the season. Palmer's previous low was 32 attempts last week against Pittsburgh.
Jerome Simpson had two catches for 30 yards. It was the first catches that he's had since he was a rookie in 2008. Terrell Owens hurt his left knee on Cincinnati's first series and did not return.
The Bengals hold a 39-36 lead in the series between the two Ohio teams.
