Nick Lodolo Throws 79 Pitches In Four Plus

Nick Lodolo on a rehab stint in Omaha with the Louisville Bats pitched 4 1/3 innings.

He gave up two runs on five hits, all singles and two walks. He struck out six of the Storm Chasers. Lodolo, fixing a blistered left index finger threw 79 pitches, 45 strikes.

 Lodolo gave up three singles in the first inning as Omaha scored a single run.

He gave up a single and a walk in the fourth but struck out three.

Lodolo struck out the leadoff hitter in the fifth, surrendered a double then left the game.
