Dan Osterbrock is heading to Minnesota on Monday to have his aching left shoulder re-examined. The lefthander drafted in the seventh round by the Twins, stayed in extended spring after months of intense rehab.
He appeared to be making headway after a couple good starts for the Ft. Myers Miracle and was promoted to Double A, New Britain.
Osterbrock had two rough starts and the Twins decided to shut him down for awhile.
After his examination, they plan to send him back to Ft. Myers and the warm weather to help him recover.
