Johnny Cueto did not allow a run in six plus innings. He started the seventh but was pulled after Alfonso Soriano singled to start the seventh inning.
Cueto allowed five singles and a walk while striking out four.
The long awaited appearance by Cueto, compliments the outing that Homer Bailey made in his first start on Thursday.
